Dr. Flock received her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1998 from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, and graduated magna cum laude. After receiving her Doctorate, she relocated to Southern Oregon and has maintained her chiropractic practice in Medford, Oregon, since 1999. She currently serves patients from the Rogue Valley and surrounding areas. Throughout her career, Dr. Flock has prided herself on being in the forefront of technological advancements. She utilizes state of the art therapeutic equipment as part of her approach to optimize the outcome of her patients' treatments including the most recent addition of regenerative equipment including PEMF, Stemwave and Red Light Therapy. In addition, she continues to pursue ongoing education and has received numerous certifications that further enhance the services and well being of her patients. Dr. Flock takes the time to provide the highest quality of care to ensure that each patient gets the treatment that is needed to restore their health.

Staesha completed her Bachelors Degree in Kineseology at OSU in 2021 and plans on pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree. She has been greeting our patients with a warm welcoming smile as our Reception & Administrative Assistant since 2019. In addition to her duties as our receptionist, she has assisted with obtaining pre-authorizations as well as billing and insurance verifications. She recently completed her Chiropractic Assistant Certification and is working hands on with patients with rehabilitative exercises as well as assisting with administering our latest Regenerative protocols including PEMF, Red Light and Stemwave. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, skiing, camping, pickle ball, working out and hanging out with her golden doodle Nala.

Billing Manager
With over 25 years of experience in billing and administrative services, she is well-versed in the complexities of insurance benefits. Her extensive knowledge allows her stay updated on the ongoing changes within various insurance policies, ensuring that our patients receive the most accurate and efficient service possible.
